Most people think that our bodies are built once. This is far from true, because our bodies are composed of individual cells like bricks of a building, each cell having its own life. These cells are constantly wearing out, being replaced by new cells.
Nature has given you the glorious ability to rebuild yourself day by day from the foods you choose to eat, the liquids you choose to drink, the physical activity you choose, the thoughts and words you choose to think and speak, and your actions and deeds, all that and more, create the individual you are. The body in itself is the total adaptation to the environment of what you think is possible.
Billions of cells make up your body. Cells only know how to do one thing, replicate themselves. So, if cells never die then why do we die? Conditioning! We have been taught to believe that death is the natural outcome of living. When in essence death is only the failure of living.
